Hello doctor , There are some red spots in my penis head and also itching at the end of head . it is paining at the time of pee. Is it balanitis or anything else please suggest me.

hello der infection like herpes balanitis syphilis chancroid lgv should be ruled out consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
