My daughter is 4 years old and she have some skin problem like red marks . First time we are identified the marks we are thinking its normal. But next few weeks the another one coming and aftet one weeks its gone and today again noticed in her hand. Wht is this doctor. We are done blood repport also and the doctor telling counding is too high 12000 something. Its any problems
