Whether it is advisable to use alcohol based hand sanitisers to prevent from spreading the fungus or bacterial infections especially ringworm. Please advise.

Greetings. While simple hand washing with soap and regular hand hygiene is sufficient; you may use sanitisers if u wish to. However it's important to wash linen of the affected individuals separately, use diff towels and regular washing of clothes and inner wear are suggested. Hope this helps.
