Since last few weeks my sister suddenly gets this itchy feeling and after scratching a little she gets rashes all over that area for sometime and after that those rashes will show up in some other area without even scratching. What's happening to her please help.

Hi.The history points towards Urticaria which is a transient condition characterised by itching along with hives/wheals.If no specific cause for the same can be elicited,it is known as Idiopathic Urticaria. A detailed work up will be required to elicit the cause.Kindly visit a Dermatologist for comprehensive evaluation and treatment.Dont worry,it is a treatable condition.
