I'm suffering from severe​ skin problem, can't identify whether it's body acne (upper arms, inner elbow, inner & side knees and thighs) or something else. It increases when body warm in any weather with inflammation and itching. Feels good after cold water wash but only for while. Tired of putting aloevera gel and moisturizer all day. Please suggest cure for the same.

It's looks like atopic eczema but clinical examination is required to give a confirm diagnosis. Do not use soap over that are. Put coconut oil before bath. Continue the moisturiser but I may need more than that to resolve the flare up. Consult me or a nearby Dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
