I have severe itching problem between thighs, when I start rubbing to get relief from itching its starts burning of skin, so please suggest me tablets or cream which can help me to get relief from this.

You must be suffering from fungal infection. Use antifungal tablets and apply clotrimazole cream at bedtime for 3 to 4 weeks. Take levocetrizine tab at bedtime for itching.
