I am having eczema on my foot since last 4 years, which is on- off scaly plaque, itchy, silvery scales on my both the ankles.

Use a very mild cleanser for wash and apply lot of moisturisers on a daily basis. You will also require a combination of halobetasol and salicylic acid oint over the affected area for some days . Itching can be relieved by levocetrizine tab at bedtime.
