I am a student and from December 2016 a large portion of my shoulder becomes lighter in colour and now its increasing near my neck.....i don't know what i have to do...... I already consulted with a doctor who give me (memetasone furoate cream) which doesn't affect..... The effected area also becoming dry day by day. I am so worry about it please help me..

Dry and white patch can be due to many diseases in skin like allergy, infection, etc. Proper examination of that patch and also other areas is necessary for correct diagnosis and treatment. If needed we have to do a biopsy of skin where we take a part of skin and send to the lab for checking particular infection.
