Hi there....if you are referring to Fordyce spots, they are modified sebaceous glands. They appear as pearly white penile papules. Sometimes seen even in normal individuals. They do not cause any harm. Sometimes it can mimick fox Fordyce disease, which is apocrine milaria. They usually subside after sometime. Consult a dermatologist so that they can identify the condition. For Fordyce spots, even needling or topical creams can be given if you don't want laser treatment.
