Hello, i am a 19yr old boy, my weight is 85 Kgs and height is 5'10. the problem is my overall body skin tone is medium fair. But starting from neck to my forehead the skin tone is dark in just this much part while rest of the body tone is medium fair. i have tried several home remedies but still no difference in the tone. i dont know why just my neck and face has dark tone while the whole body is medium fair. Please help...thank you.
