Hi doc am suffering from severe itch right after my bath  the areas below my armpit till elbow and areas near to thigh joint and innerside of knee joint,though am using pears brown the proble persists and am also suffering from focilitis  atheletesfoot and I plzsuggest medication  and butt itch few lumps arise quite of

Looks like you are suffering from eczema . People who are allergic generally suffer from recurrent bacterial, fungal infections. Pl have a proper evaluation done by dermatologist as you seem to have more than one condition. I wil not be able to prescribe you medicines here.
