Good evening dr This type of small rash type thing appears at the back It's been since 2months at first it was at the little area now it has spreaded ..I have enclosed the image please what could be the reason

Hi, it looks like heat rashes, have bath with cold water or lukewarm water. Apply Caladryl lotion after bath.
