I have been expieriencing for a coue montha itching in pubic area, and in both armpits. I have a history of sebborhix dermatitis in my scalp and senesitivecakin. I shave my pubic area once a month and my armpits 3 times a week with soap and water

Firstly you should have a check up with some doctor to see if you are developing seborrheic dermatitis /other infection in the private parts.Another factor which can cause itching is the thickness of hair /ingrown hair ,and the shaving method you use for hair removal.Shaving causes dryness of skin.Try using alternate method of hair removal like waxing/laser hair reduction instead.
