U plan ur diet.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts in everymeal.
Substitute millets for rice.
Drink enough water,buttermilk.
Wash ur face with Himalaya facewash gel.
Do not use any other makeup,creams lotions or soaps .
Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,oilyspicy foods.
