In 2004 I was bitten by a spider on the inside of my buttocks and had a skin graft done. I've got a blister like area that is leaking clear fluid and blood.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  So whats the point of skin graft here? Get it checked out ASAP. kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  He will help you further. Till then you can aplly a t-bact ointment over the area.
