My friend had some skin problem. 5 years back and those spots were left behind her skin. after 5 years she again had those spotss and again the same blackish spots is left. I am attaching the pictures first a small bump is delvelop which is itchy after few days that bump chnges color and stays on their. I want to know what is the problem. And should she take laser treatment to remove those scars permanently. Or any cream is there which can remove them as it is she has tried many creams and her husband want to clear them up. What is the diesease and why it keep on coming back. Thanks in advance.
