Actually I always eat daily one orange,apple and include vegetables in my diet but still there is no improvement in skin tone.Hello doctor,can you help me out in improvement in skin tone colour and for lighten, brighten and make my skin fairer.

Food cannot help in this. There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
