I have problem of dark balck skin just below the hands and legs nail. Kindly tell me what to do. More ever my hair is think and not shagy kindly suggest me what to do.thanks

Probably it may b due to genetic or vitamin deficiency... Need to rule out through the history.... Plz share d image and come through online consultation portal for further guidance
