Greetings. This is acute urticaria. Could be due to any infection / viral fever or contact with allergenic substance. See a qualified dermatologist / pediatrician and treat the child or urticaria and fever at the earliest, Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal. Bengaluru.
