I've been suffering from itching since morning and mouth swelling from 2 hrs

Itching and mouth swelling may be due to allergic reaction known as angioneuretic oedema. You need to visit a doctor immediately otherwise the severity of reaction can lead to even breathing difficulties. You may need to take anti Histamine medicines and steroid injection
