Had fever alongwith Epistaxis And oral bleed... Was on antibiotics.. CT PNS done which revealed sinusitis

Use oxymetazoline nose drops and saline nose drops. Do you have nasal blockage, sneezing, rhinorrhea? Please provide detailed history for proper diagnosis and management.
