Hi sir, From the CT scan report provided, it seems you have got pansinusitis i.e. all your paranasal sinuses are involved (except spheniod). You can try a conservative management initially with nasal drops, steam inhalation, mucolitics, (antibiotics in case of acute exacerbations). And if the conservative management fails to control your symptoms, you should go for endoscopic nasal surgery.
