hello there. do steam inhalation at home. and avoid taking cold stuffs. consult a ENT surgeon for proper medications. your prescription will have an antibiotic, a pain killer and another medication to drain the sinus pus easily. if it still persists, you may require surgery also.  so its better to get treated ASAP and take precautions. regards
