Sinusitis and Wind sound in right ear

I got sinusitis and the doctor prescribed antibiotics and other medicines for 7 days. Other symptoms such as mucus in throat went away but I still hear a wind sound in my right ear. It is not going away. How long does it take?

This sound may or may not be associated with sinusitis.. If you are taking medications for sinusitis, then continue and do take steam.. Need more history and also ear needs to be examined
