I have constant headache, pain in temples forehead, eyebrows, nose and cheek bones near nose. And then neck pain. Headache at times feels like my head will burst out

Hi. There can be several reasons for the type of headache you have described, one of them being sinusitis. However, you need to be evaluated in detail to confirm the diagnosis including detailed history and physical examination. You’ll need to be assessed for chronic sinusitis changes (imaging) After assessment you can be started on intra nasal sprays and other conservative medicines or if needed may have to undergo FESS
