I am suffering sinus headache and full tried which medicine suttabel I mean homeopathy or allopathy I am confused Pls give me best answer

There are many headache disorders which mimic sinus headache. If you have associated nasal congestion, nasal discharge associated with heaviness of Head then it may be related to sinusitis and treatment involves initial medication and then surgery if required. It can be other headache disorder like migraine too. Clinical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
