Can rhino sinus be cured through ayurveda treatment. I have a blocked nose and cough when there is a weather change . One of the allopathic doctor suggested to me for surgery.

Dear patient If there is sinusitis due to some bony sinus blockage it probably cannot be cured by Ayurveda. Surgery if done after proper CT SINUS evaluation definitely helps. Allergy to dust cannot be cured by surgery also.
