I have a sinus problem. i'm not able to breadth due to stuffy nose. would you please suggest me a tablet with no side effect..less power yet effective..i am using nasal decongestant but i have herd that they should not be used for long time. help me

Chronic nasal obstruction needs to be evaluated in detail by clinical examination and sometimes using diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses.
