I have a single pimple like red spot on my shoulder i never had pimples or acne in my life ... 2 Weeks back i had itching all over my body and then a rash appeared in my back shoulder arms and 2 red spots on my face . I took levocitrizine and applied a lotion and they got settled . Now after 2 weeks back i have this Red flat spot on my shoulder .No fever or any other complaint i had fever 4 days back though . I also had a cold sore between my lips and nose area. that also got settled after few days and lastly i had a pimple like bump on my vagina as well before 3 weeks that went away as well .
