How many sinarest tablet should I take?i take 1 at night. But symptoms till persist.I have cold in yellow color, mild fever, throat infection. Should I consider antibiotics too?is amoxicillin 250 okay?I have this for past 2 days.I have chronic maxillary sinusitis.

first of all your symptoms are suggestive of viral upper respiratory tract infection with secondary bacterial sinusitis. you need to take antibiotics, decongestants and antihistamines along with pain killers if required sinarest has to be taken 3 to 4 times daily, amoxicillin 500mg to be taken 3 times daily..also use xylometazoline nasal drops i advise you to visit a nearby ENT specialist before taking any medication
