Report of abdominal scan of my mom - Liver is normal in shape size andhas increased echo pattern. A simple cyst measuring 3.4 × 2.3 cms is seen in the left lobe. impression - simple hepatic cyst. increased hepatic echopattern suggestive of fatty infiltration. pls let me know further course of action

Usually simple cysts are incidental and doesn't require any treatment. Fatty liver will require further evaluation. Please meet gastroenterologist. Regards
