Simple bilateral ovarian cyst

As we are planning for baby. Had consultation with Gynacalogist and she recommended for Pelvis ultrasound (TVS). From the reports it is found that I have simple cysts in my both ovaries. Doctor suggested tablet Femilion for 2 months. Question or help required is whether I should take the tablets?? Will that have an impact on my normal periods or preganancy ??
