Good evening Ideal way to approach it is let a MD physician or a cardiologist prescribe you the best medicine to control your blood pressure, once the blood pressure is controlled, if you experience erection dysfunction, approach a Urologist and then a replacement can be sought. Remember the erectile dysfunction caused by antihypertensive medications is always reversible.
