Small swelling under right cheek bone . Foul taste in mouth and acidic / different taste saliva secretion from parotid . Less smell and taste and bad smell while speaking. How to regain mouth flora , stop bad taste and smell and reduce swelling in parotid glands.

It may be because of parotid abcess or infection. U need to get sonography done and start proper antibiotics after consulting an ENT DOC
