Lumbar lordotic curvature is lost. Few small anterior marginal osteophytes noted in various vertebrae suggesting spondylotic changes. Disc desiccation noted in the form of reduced T2WI hypointensity at multiple levels. L4-5 disc shows diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal bulge compressing anterior thecal sac and bilateral exiting and traversing nerve roots with residual thecal sac AP diameter 7.25 mm. L5-S1 disc shows postero-central bulge compressing anterior thecal sac.
