In March 2026, I started Atorlip-F (atorvastatin + fenofibrate) and took it for about one month. In April 2026, I developed sudden, severe, bilateral shoulder, upper arm, biceps, and palm pain, which has persisted. My investigations so far include: ANCA (PR3): Negative ESR and CRP: Normal (including previous tests over the last 5 years) Ultrasound of both shoulders: Normal ANA, ENA, Rheumatoid Factor, Anti-CCP, TTG, HLA-B27: Negative/Normal Bone scan and MRI of the sacroiliac joints (2022): Normal

Please rule out diabetes. If sudden and only pain and no weakness. One possibility of myopathy secondary to statin. Please update the dose you were taking. Do the LFT. Stop the statin or send the latest lipid profile to guide you better Better to visit the physician and look for all those Symptoms. One thing also check for radiculopathy

If it has started after taking atorvastatin tablet - it could be statin induced myopathy. As all other inflammatory tests and autoimmune workup is negative, u can stop statin and consider alternative lipid lowering medications after discussing with you physician.
Next Steps
