Doctor my sister took complete course of 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 around 6 month's Ago and due to recent Cat Scratch she is taking TT on Day 0 and 3 intradermal Rabies vaccination schedule of Day 0 7 28 till now she took 2 rabies vaccine i.e Day 7 and her Last 3rd Day 28 Vaccine is due but today on 22nd October A Street Dog Scratch her with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should she have to Re-start vaccination from Day 0 or she need to take extra dose of Rabies Vaccine ?

No need for restart all the doses ,she can simply take an extra dose of ARV,0dose and 7th day dose intradermal.

No more rabies vaccine for this child Once one has taken a full course, on next incident like this only 2 doses on day 0 and day 3 and that too if wound is blood stained not for scratches.
