I had c section on 26 June with baby girl. After 7 days got severe headache nd convulsion. Done with MRI nd CT scan as heart rate was high. I have been taking below medicines: Ivabradine Tab 5 mg Levera Tab 500 mg Rejunex CD3 Naxdom 500 (only in case of severe headache) Is there a need to take additional Iron and calcium tablet as I was taking before delivery as rejunex contains folic acid, iron nd Calcium
