Should i go for Letrozole again??

Hi.. I got my last periods on 23 November.. First time Started letrozole 2.5mg 5 days from CD 3 (prescribed by doc)... Confirmed ovulation on CD 13 (5 December) without hcg.. We cud not have relation within 24 hours.. we had in 30hours after ovulation... Got my periods on CD 30 (17th day from ovulation, i.e 22 December)... Normally I have 32 day cycle... but this time it was 30 days.. should I take letrozole again?? Or can I wait for natural ovulation and just go for follicular study from CD 12?? Kindly advise..

Whether or not to go for letrozol depends on the reason for starting it. It's usually started for pcod and issues like that. And helps in egg growth. However there's no blanket therapy for all. The cycle can have changes with respect to the follicular growth, endometrial pattern etc, for which medications needs to b adjusted.
