My haemoglobin is 17.2 g/dL, while my MPV and PDW are 14 and 31.7, respectively. My triglycerides are 200 mg/dL and total cholesterol is 178 mg/dL. frequently experience shortness of breath even during minor physical activities and feel tired quite easily. At times, the breathlessness becomes more severe, especially when performing strenuous activities or climbing multiple flights of stairs. Could you please advise on what might be causing these symptoms and what steps I should take next?

Provided HB value is higher normal in Males which the reference range varies to diff testing Labs. Pdw (Platelet Distribution width) is elevated which means high variation in different platelet sizes. Triglycerides are components of fat. Both are elevated as provided. Pdw and triglycerides have a clinical correlation in diseases related to cardiac, inflammation and body metabolism. Shortness of breath during strenuous activity and the elevated components are directing towards the risk of Cardiac problem.
