I had a short period of 3 days instead of the regular 5 days. I am worried whether it is a sign of pregnancy. I did not have intercourse but did have some unprotected contact. I did some travelling and my diet was also not up to the mark. So I am not sure what is the reason.

You can take the test to know if you are pregnant or not. Anyways, i don't think you are pregnant. Best regards.
