Short term anger.
I am facing much short term anger problem. I tend to develop irritation from every small things that happens around me and get angry for no reason. I am not in any type of emotional distress or tension of any king. I tend to develop severe headache waking up in the morning even after sleeping for 8-9 hours. I was diagnosed with severe hypertension year ago and been under constant medication.
