Dear sir Last 20 yrs ago when I am only 9 yrs boy ..actually I suffering the toilet prblm so doctor said send him to Pune hospital ..n there doctor decided to operation on my penis ..then n now my penis was too short ..not increased so pls Give me suggestion doctor ..
