I have congestive heart failure. I struggle to breathe while lying down, and I have chronic chest pain. I haven’t slept for more than 2 hours a day for over a week. What are your suggestions? Thank you

Thus is an emergency, get admitted under a cardiologist. And do the needful, follow his advice, angiogram may be required
