My wife recently missed her period and when tested for pregnancy it reported positive. Her last period date was 26Nov2017. We have 8 months old son and he is under breast feeding. But we want to maintain atleast 2 years gap between kids. Is it safe or do we get any side effects if we remove this pregnancy .My wife has thyroid problem (TSH) and used thyronorm 50mg during her first pregnancy
