Hello doctor I am 12weeks & 5 days pregnant and my cervix measures 2.8 cm my doctor told me it’s short cervix and it may occur preterm labour am so scared it’s my first pregnancy plz suggest

There's no need for fear . just maintain regular and routine lifework. And do some yoga (by trained person)for healthy life . regular checkup in antenatal clinic.
