Im 22 years old female student.I am suffer from short breaths. Even if I'm sitting n relaxing I run short of breaths. And there is frequent pain in my heart area.I did an ecg but i was normal but the pain hasn't gone yet. Every time I feel low on BP my last bp check up was 100/6p

The diagnosis is Asthma. It is an eminently treatable condition.
Next Steps
The dose of anti asthmatic drugs should be titrated according to your Spirometry results. Consult a Pulmonologist who will guide you with the same. Deep breathing exercises will be helpful
