Short breathing

2018-04-05 05:02:00
I work in steel industry since 4 years. From last two months I am experiencing shortness in my breathe. I feel tingling of my limbs and weakness, fatigue, cold sweating accompanied with breath shortness. The problem increases when I smoke a cigarette. What may be the reasons?

It could be due to a number of reasons, some of them being panic attacks, asthma and hyperreactive airways, etc. You need to be examined clinically for confirmafion of diagnosis.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test. As you have been exposed both to tobacco smoke and steel dust. You could have COPD. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
