Shooting Pains, Lower Right Back

Hello! (Sorry if I'm doing this wrong.) Background: I'm a 22 year old woman (110 lbs., if that matters). Problem: About a week ago (just before my move), I started experiencing shooting pains in my back, on the lower right side. They vary in frequency (sometimes 1 a day, sometimes 4 or 5), and last 5-10 seconds. They occur for no particular reason, sometimes when I'm walking around and sometimes when I'm just sitting at my desk. It's painful enough, but I'm fine once it passes. Thank you!

Hi... If it's on the sides then it could be Sciatica pain. If pain is on spine, then could be spondylitis..
Next Steps
Go for AYURVEDA panchkarma therapy,  like Kati basti and Potli..  it will give instant relief. take mild laxative  like triphala for releasing pressure. or apply hot ayurvedic oil at affected area,  then give hot fomentation.
Health Tips
take care of your digestion , and relax your mind.
