I used to shiver all time.during tense shivering intensifies.i have enough body mass i am not thin.to which field specialist should i consult

As per your history given, before come to any diagnosis,  you should go for a preventive Health check up including Thyroid Function test along with 25 hydroxy vitamin.D, test.
